I stayed in a Beautiful Room. The room included a well-stocked mini-bar and fast internet. The bathroom featured premium toiletries and a powerful shower. The bed was comfortable and the linens felt luxurious.
The in-room coffee machine was a bit difficult to operate.

mixed experience, some issues noted
leaking duct clear signage
i was not entirely satisfied with certain aspects of my visit. the lack of clear signage around the spa area resulted in a slip, i fell near a leaking duct at the entrance resulting in a bruised knee and damaged footwear. this situation requires immediate attention to prevent future accidents and ensure guest safety. the hotel should have taken better care and have clear signs.
